Miami Breakers FC 2011 Black Wins U11 Boys Gold Cup at Dimitri Cup 2023

The Miami Breakers FC 2011 Black team made history this October by winning the Boys U12 Silver category at the 2022 West Pines Kickoff Classic. The team's performance was impressive, finishing the tournament with a record of 2 wins and 1 draw, and not conceding a single defeat. The final results were as follows: MP:3, W:2, D:1, L:0 GF:6, GA:1, PTS:7.

The tournament took place over the weekend of October 8th and 9th, with Miami Breakers FC 2011 Black playing two matches on the first day and one on the second. In their first match on Saturday at 2:15 PM, they played against ASNMM North Miami Maccabi FBS-FC 2011 White and came out with a convincing 3-0 victory. Later that same day, at 7:15 PM, they faced off against ASCTC CTC Bandits FC 2011 CTC Palau Black, winning 3-1.


On Sunday, the team played their final match at 1 PM against ANJPA J Petrov Academy 2021 J Petrov Academy 201112 Red, and despite not being able to score, their solid defense helped them secure a 0-0 draw and ultimately clinch the championship title.


The team's coach, Andrés Navas, praised the players for their hard work, dedication, and team spirit. "I am incredibly proud of these boys," he said. "They worked tirelessly throughout the tournament, and their performance in the final was outstanding. It was a true team effort, and I couldn't be happier for them."

Here’s a summary of the teams who earned the silver medal and all of our respect: MBFC 2011 White vs. Key Biscayne SC April 6, 2025 | 4:30 PM EDT Final Score: 1 - 1 | Penalties: 3 - 4  In one of the most thrilling matches of the tournament, the 2011 White team tied 1-1 against Key Biscayne, taking the match to penalty kicks. Despite the shootout loss, their resilience and composure under pressure were truly inspiring.

On April 5th and 6th, Miami Breakers participated in the “Clash of the Champions” tournament, where the top youth soccer academies in the region came together, featuring boys’ and girls’ teams from the Future Stars U8 to U19 categories. Our teams showed incredible talent, commitment, and great sportsmanship throughout the event. The Doral Cup 2025 was the stage for an exceptional performance by our MBFC 2011 Black team, who showcased their talent, commitment, and determination in every match. With a brilliant performance, they reached the grand final, securing the runner-up title. Their effort and dedication are a source of pride and joy for the entire Miami Breakers FC family.  The Doral Cup is known for bringing together highly competitive teams from various regions, demanding a high level of play. Every match tested skill, strategy, and mental toughness, and MBFC 2011 Black proved they were up to the challenge.
